Meeting AI is a desktop application that acts as your real-time meeting copilot. It transcribes your meetings locally using OpenAI Whisper, provides AI-powered suggestions during the conversation, and generates post-meeting summaries with action items and key decisions.

You get 30 days of full access to every feature when you subscribe. No features are locked or limited during the trial. If you decide Meeting AI is not for you, simply cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

Meeting AI works with any application that plays audio through your computer. This includes Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Slack Huddles, Discord, and any other conferencing tool. There are no browser extensions or plugins to install because Meeting AI captures audio at the system level.

No. Audio transcription is handled entirely by the Whisper model running locally on your machine. Your audio never leaves your computer. Only the text transcript is sent to the AI provider (OpenAI or Anthropic) for generating suggestions and summaries, and you choose which provider to use.

Meeting AI supports both OpenAI and Anthropic (Claude) for AI-powered suggestions and summaries. You provide your own API key in the settings, and you can switch between providers at any time.

Meeting AI works on most modern computers. The minimum requirement is 4 GB of RAM and Windows 10 or macOS 12. For the best transcription performance, we recommend 8 GB of RAM and a dedicated GPU, though it is not required. The Whisper model runs on CPU if no GPU is available.

On your first launch, Meeting AI downloads the Whisper transcription model. This is a one-time download of approximately 500MB. The model is stored locally and used for all future transcription. No additional downloads are needed after the initial setup.

Yes. Meeting AI captures audio from your microphone, so it works for in-person meetings as well. Place your laptop near the conversation and Meeting AI will transcribe what it picks up through your microphone. For best results, use an external microphone with good room coverage.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

All your meeting transcripts, summaries, and session data are stored locally on your machine. If you cancel your subscription, your local data remains untouched. Meeting AI does not store any of your meeting data on external servers.
